Recruitment & Registration

We are with you every step of the way.  After creating the perfect itinerary, we assist our group leaders in generating interest and excitement amongst the ensemble with custom made materials to encourage and advocate for your performance tour.  Additionally, we are happy to further facilitate recruitment by presenting educational tour presentations to your school or community, to inspire potential participants, their family and friends.

Registration is a breeze with Maestro by Tumlare’s online tour pages, uniquely created to enhance tour recruitment and planning for each traveling ensemble.  Utilize your tour page to share information and promote the trip.  When your participants are ready to register, it’s as simple as clicking a link and completing their on-line registration form.   Alternatively, registration forms can be completed by hand and submitted directly to Tumlare.  The flexible recruitment and registration procedures at Maestro by Tumlare reflect our commitment to partnership, and are designed to ensure your travel plans are a success.

Wawel Cathedral

DESTINATION:  Krakow, Poland

This principal city in southern Poland has many legendary attractions to offer travelers.  Poland’s “Cultural Capital” has more historic buildings, theatres, museums, Gothic Churches, and parks to visit than another other city in this country due to it being the previous capital, before Warsaw. Krakow’s centerpiece is the stunning Wawel Castle, which held power from the 11th to early 17th century.

FUN FACT:  Krakow is partnered with at least 30 twin cities, including Cambridge, MA, Rochester, NY, and San Francisco, CA.

2018 Celebrates Tumlare's 46th year of unparalleled success in arranging tour support throughout Europe!
