Responsible for growing sales through out-going calling campaigns in an effort to expand our clientele and increase Performance Tour programs, while working closely with our 20 European offices.  Accountable for reaching sales goals, maintaining quality control and customer satisfaction.  Do you have first-hand knowledge of Europe and concert arrangement?  If you enjoy working with people, have great listening skills, are creative, and routinely surpass expectations, please contact us for consideration.


This role works closely with our local offices abroad and locally with our client’s product inquiries.  You will complete administrative and operational tasks including data management, preparing quotations, creating group itineraries, invoicing, and provide outstanding sales opportunities to clients with personalized attention.


Skills / Abilities / Knowledge:

˗ Interact and contribute effectively with others in a team-based atmosphere

˗ Ability to organize and manage simultaneous projects with a strong attention to timeliness and detail with limited supervision

˗ Effective oral and written communications skills

˗ PC skills including Microsoft Word, basic spreadsheet and database management. Familiar with Lotus Notes. Working knowledge of Reservations system and Accounts Payable procedures are beneficial


˗ Associates degree in business, travel/tourism or related field and/or one to two years of related experience
